Stainless Steel Precision Casting/Investment Casting Hex Nipple
Usage
When hex. nipple is connected with a round cap; it acts as a temporary blockage in the pipeline connection to prevent liquid leakage.
Why can't some threads be screwed in?
1. Different thread standards
Common thread standards include British thread, American thread, and metric thread. There are also some non-standard threads, and the various thread standards are not common to each other.
2. Different tooth types
The tooth type refers to the straight thread and the tapered thread. If they are not matched properly, they will not be screwed into each other.
Tapered thread: It has a taper, and it will be tightened more and more when it is rotated. After tightening, it has airtightness. It needs sealing tape and other materials. It is mainly used for high-pressure pipelines.
Straight thread: There is no taper, it is relatively loose when rotating, and there is no sealing after screwing to the bottom. Gaskets are needed to compress the seal, mainly for low-pressure pipelines.
Meet different connection directions Elbow quick connection installation;
The 90-degree elbow plays a decisive role in the direction-changing connection of steel pipes, and can meet the installation of different equipment according to different connection directions.
