Stainless Steel Threaded Casting Fittings Tee

Stainless steel tees are pipe fittings and pipe connectors. It is used at the branch pipe of the main pipeline. The stainless steel tee has equal diameter and different diameter. The pipe ends of the equal diameter tee are all the same size.

There are two types of threaded tees in the production process: forging and casting. Forging refers to heating and forging a steel ingot or a round bar to form a shape, and then processing the thread on a lathe. Casting refers to melting the steel ingot and pouring it into the tee. After the model is made, it is made after it cools down. Because of the different manufacturing processes, the pressure they bear is also different, and the pressure resistance of forging is much higher than that of casting.

The main manufacturing standards for threaded tees generally include ISO4144, ASME B16.11, and BS3799.
