The sealing pair of the globe valve is composed of the sealing surface of the valve flap and the sealing surface of the valve seat. The valve rod drives the valve handle to move vertically along the centerline of the valve seat. In the process of globe opening and closing, the opening height is small, which is easy to adjust the flow, convenient to manufacture and maintain, and has a wide range of pressure applications.

Compared with gate valve, which is another widely used industrial globe valve, the globe valve is simpler in structure and easier to manufacture and maintain. In terms of service life, the sealing surface of the globe valve is not easy to wear and scratch, and there is no relative sliding between the reading flap and the sealing surface of the valve seat during the opening& closing process of the valve. In that case, the scratch on the sealing surface is small, so the service life of the sealing pair lasts longer. In the process of full opening& closing, the travel of the valve flap is small, and its height is relatively small. The disadvantage of the globe adjustment is that the opening& closing torque is large and it is difficult to operate rapidly. As the flow passage in the valve body is relatively tortuous, the fluid flow has a large positive force, resulting in a large loss of fluid power in the pipeline.

Nickel Base Alloy High Pressure& Temperature Globe Valve

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the valve, the valve body is made of nickel base alloy material, which is made of overall silver or reported and welded. Due to the influence of structural factors, the cut-off adjustment is subject to large discharge and high pressure drop. The sealing surface materials of the adjustment plate and the valve seat should not only be resistant to corrosion and erosion, but also ensure the hardness at high temperatures. Therefore, the sealing surface is welded with cemented carbide to improve its wear resistance and scratch resistance and improve the service life of the sealing surface. In order to reduce the opening and closing torque of the gate, a new double valve structure can be adopted. The wide door middle chamber adopts a self sealing structure, which is conducive to high-pressure sealing. The higher the pressure, the better the sealing.
