Features
1. It adopts floating seat adjustment, two-way cut-off and reliable sealing. The valve seat is internally provided with a lip shaped gasket, which is conducive to low pressure sealing and has a fire protection function.
2. Both the ram and valve body have a finely machined guide mechanism, and the sealing surfaces are sprayed with cemented carbide, which is erosion resistant.
3. Because of the use of floating adjusting seat and fine processing guide mechanism, the opening and closing torque of the valve is reduced by half compared with that of regular gate valve, and the opening and closing of the valve can be easily operated.
4. The flow channel is a straight through type. When it is fully opened, the flow channel and the gate guide hole are connected, and the size is the same as that of the straight pipe. The flow resistance is very small.
5. The valve rod adopts multiple packing seals to ensure even packing compression, reliable sealing and low friction.
6. All weather design, transmission mechanism is designed with waterproof and dust-proof device, with good protection performance.
