1.Wax Injection
In the wax-up process, our workshop adopts automatic aluminum molds for profiles. There are cold water channels inside the molds, which can speed up the cooling of the molds. The efficiency of mass production is 4-5 times that of manual molds. Moreover, the shape and size of machine-pressed wax are more accurate than manual wax-pressed.

2.Shell making
When the shell is made on the surface layer, the mechanical arm we use can rotate 360 degrees to hang slurry and sand to ensure that the thickness of the shell is uniform. The drying area placed after shell making is equipped with humidification, air conditioning, warm air and other facilities to control the constant temperature and humidity in the workshop throughout the year to ensure the normal drying speed of the shell.
Aluminum chloride is used to harden the shell, which improves the hardness of the shell and is not easily deformed. At the same time, the smoothness of the casting is improved, and the surface defects of the casting are reduced, making the font very clear.

3.Dewaxing  In terms of dewaxing, we use steam high temperature inverted dewaxing, so that the wax liquid in the cavity can flow out more thoroughly, and no residual wax liquid will affect the quality of the shell.
